Cloud migration with SAP LeanIX
A complex data center migration provided the framework for implementing SAP LeanIX as a central management tool. This enabled the workloads to be safely transferred from the existing architecture through the transition phase to the target architecture. Crucially, this involved seamless integration with expert systems such as Jira and OneTrust. The focus here was not only on technical networking but also on developing a comprehensive meta-model that can also meet regulatory requirements such as DORA.
The result extends far beyond the original project: an established enterprise architecture is developing as an information service provider for the entire group. Furthermore, by specifically empowering application owners to independently maintain data, a sustainable and efficient data culture has been established.

Scaling Enterprise Architecture
The goal of this project was to strategically scale the enterprise architecture to generate real added value for stakeholders. It began with an intensive discovery phase: relevant use cases were identified through interviews and quickly translated into initial reports.
The work confirmed a key finding: Successful enterprise architecture (EA) requires not only transparency, but also strategic process development and strong cross-departmental governance. This approach laid the necessary foundation and provided a clear roadmap with recommendations for future development.

The focus of this project was the optimized implementation of SAP LeanIX and the delivery of initial outputs for management. The process evolved gradually, starting with the initial data collection and precise modeling of the ICT landscape, and then developing essential reporting tools.
The decisive lever was tool-supported governance for project portfolio management. LeanIX was thus created as a gateway for the process, which now serves as a reliable foundation for well-founded, data-driven management decisions and efficiently advances digitalization.
